Well they know you. They are here to help and assist you along your journey. They are ONLY here to guide you. They have no power to control you unless you give them power and even them I’m not sure if they can. We are blessed to have them help us navigate through life. To teach us, guided us, help us, and reveal to us our true self. Some may have only one guide, some have many. Myself, I originally had two but now I have three. I’m still new to them (new as in years) and I haven’t seen them, but they have helped me so much along with other energies along my self realization.
There are many ways to connect to them but my way is through meditation. Not only that but intentional with my meditation. Calling on them and asking them for their presence and guidance. Im sure there are may videos online and teachers to help you connect to yours but I will start with meditation so you can at least get a sense to know them. I was introduced/started by reading a book by Linda Deir (who I can’t find on instagram but she does have facebook) , then one by Blair Robertson (who also seems to not be on instagram), and lastly but not least… Sonia Choquette who IS on instagram @SoniaChoquette … She have been one of my spiritual teachers for years now and don’t even know it.
The point is that we are here to learn and enjoy this physical realm and there are people, energies, and beings here to help us along the way. If you do not know your guides, then start to get to know them.

Learning is not a school thing. It’s an everyday thing.

Never stop learning. The moment you decide to stop is the moment you stop growing.

Life is a continuous journey. Fortunately we don’t have to learn all of the lessons on our own. We have those who have came before us and left information for us to learn from and we those who are currently here. So much information and ways for us to always learn and grow to become our best self.

Ask yourself this… with social media, tv, games etc… am i putting more time into other things than the growth of myself? And I filling myself with entertainment or knowledge for growth?

You know the answer. Every teach is a student and every leader is a follower. We all learn. This is the purpose of Guided Warriors. To assist you in your daily growth.

We have coaches in many areas to assist you in what you need to become your best you.

So what are you doing today to continue your learning? What book are you reading that will help your growth? What language are you learning? What is your new word for the day? Here are a few things to do on earth day

1. Show gratitude to mother earth - give thanks for all that she provides
2. Spend some time in the outdoors or with nature. Go to a park, your back yard, or your local garden.
3. Don’t pick or kill any plants. Stay away from picking or purchasing flowers.
4. Plant seeds or buy a plant to add back to the earth.
5. Don’t walk on grass. We created sidewalks and streets for that very reason. Unless you are walking barefoot for grounding and connecting.
6. Lay on the ground to connect and feel the vibrations of mother earth.
7. Take the day to recycle everything that you can.

Friday you must go after what you want and play both side offense and defense. You might be face with a challenge just fight with integrity and honor.

The Chariot- Victory, Will Power, Inner Drive.
Saturday Thursday and Friday challenges are out the way your hands are on the steering wheel focus on your goals.
Your willpower drive you in the right direction there may be a few bumps in the road but keep your confidence and maintain focus of your destination and goals.
